Job Title:Support Worker – Supported LivingLocation: Leyland, LancashireSalary:£25,820 - £26,070 per annum (inclusive of 2 sleeps ins paid at £55)Shift pattern:09:00-17:00 (early shifts) 17:00 – 23:00 (late shift) 23:00-09:00 (sleep shift)The role:We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced support worker to join a fantastic, supported living service for adults with mild forms of Mental Health and Learning Disabilities. You will be working for an incredible organisation who have been established for over 30 years and who empower and enable people across communities to live fulfilling lives.Your key responsibilities as Support Worker:As the Support Worker you will support the team leader in in ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered. You will regularly complete risk assessments, keep records up to date with. You will be providingphysical support which may include helping withhousehold tasks and personal care, Provide emotional support for an individual and their families.
