Based in Leyland, office-based for 6 months then hybrid
With a keen eye for detail you will be ensuring members and teams are meeting requirements of the schemes
Proactively highlighting areas of concern and facilitate actions to address them
Cultivating relationships with members, colleagues and external stakeholders
Reviewing processes, practices and other forms of evidence to assess their effectiveness and compliance with requirements

About You We are looking for someone who is analytical, meticulous, and adaptable. Someone who can skilfully navigate complex requirements and procedures, applying them to real-world scenarios. A candidate who can interpret data and demonstrate well-reasoned decisions. Previous compliance experience is not necessary.The Offer
