Job Description

Job Title: Nursery Room LeaderLocation: Leyland, United KingdomType: Full-time (Part-time considered for the right candidate)Working Hours: Monday to FridaySalary: £10.78 - £13.18 per hourAre you passionate about early childhood education and looking for a leadership role in a nurturing environment We are currently seeking a dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join our team in Leyland.Responsibilities:As a Nursery Room Leader, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education to young children. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of dedicated and caring staff in the day-to-day operation of the nursery room.
  • Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote childrens development.
  • Ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members.
  • Overseeing record-keeping and documentation related to childrens progress.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in a nursery setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of early childhood development and education best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Working Hours:The position is full-time, with the standard working hours from Monday to Friday.
