We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Civils Operatives to join a growing team carrying out a range of short duration civils projects across the UK.General groundwork duties including:Operation of small highways maintenance plant and equipment.Ground surveys to locate underground services using cable avoidance tools.Installing service trenching, bollards, columns and signposts as required within roadways, footpaths and verges.Repairing and resurfacing any existing surfaces that are affected by the installation works, such as tarmac, block paving, paving slabs concrete or soft landscaping.Removing unsafe obstacles on site including bollards, columns and street furnitureYou will also be expected to assist with installation and signage as needed.Work is national short term so please only apply if you are happy working away as needed.Minimum qualifications needed are:-CSCS CardHSE KnowledgeNRSWACPCS Mini ExcavatorsFull Clean Driving Licence(Copies of front & rear of cards to be provided during hiring process)Standards hours are 45 Monday to Friday from 8am to 5.30pm.Benefits include: company vehicle, laptop, mobile, pension, 25 days holidays + bank hols, midweek & weekend overtime, cycle 2 work scheme and more.Interested Please apply and ill call for a no obligation chat.
