Job Description

Milk Education are looking to recruit inspirational Teaching Assistant to join an outstanding special school in Manchester that caters for children between the ages of 3-14 years old, with ADHD and ASD needs.This is an excellent opportunity for any teaching assistants wanting to build their experience working alongside special needs pupils, and trials will be offered to candidates ASAP.Your role as an SEN Teaching Assistant will involve:

Supporting children with special needs including PMLD, ASD and complex needs.
Assisting the class teacher by taking part in classes and specific pupils 1:1 and in small groups.
May include some personal care (feeding, changing requirements)
Some experience working with SEN children as a teaching assistant or any other relevant position.
Enhanced DBS certificate
