Job Description

Great new opportunity for a residential conveyancer or conveyancing fee earner at a local South Manchester legal firm offering a competitive salary. Candidates should have at least 1 years experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload.The role will require candidates to handle their own residential conveyancing caseload from inception to completion, so experience in doing this is essential. The role will require candidates to work very independently with little support from senior conveyancersor paralegals/assistants, so it is important that candidates are comfortable dealing with cases independently. The firm does make use of the Proclaim case management system, so experience in using this is an advantage although not a necessity.The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently on a caseload of around 70-80 residential conveyancing cases and to be able to prioritise tasks and cases according to deadlines. The firm offers a non-factory environment, giving more focus onensuring that jobs are done right rather than focusing on quick completions.
