You will shadow a colleague for the first few weeks until you feel confident in conducting tele-screening interviews by yourself.You will be provided with a laptop and work mobile telephone and flexibility for home working will be available once your training has completed.No formal qualifications or previous experience requiredGood communication skills (oral and written)Outgoing personalityCustomer facing experiences will be preferredThe post holder will also be taught to conduct quality: candidate generation techniques, create & maintain job seekers/candidate spreadsheets & database, candidate shortlisting for specific vacancies, through to accurate candidate screening & interviewingtechniques via phone and video facilities.About Our Business: Amida Global Recruitment is a 12-year-old specialist recruitment business with our London head office, our new Glasgow offices and well-established offices also in Singapore & Australia.
