Youll act as a mentor for individual children, taking on key-worker responsibilities, assessing needs, and developing achievable care plans. With the help of the team around you, youll take a whole-childapproach supporting them in everyday tasks, to gain positive experiences and improve relationships.As such, this is a role for an experienced care professional with an HNC Social Care and SVQ Level 3 qualification, plusideallycounselling skills and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy [DDP] Level 1.
