Repacking Team leader - Line Coordinators Maidstone£9.25phNew and exciting positions for experienced leaders have just been released for a reputable Logistics company based in Maidstone. These positions will start as full-time temporary assignments then after 12 weeks a full-time permanent job can be offered.If you possess excellent people skills with the ability to lead a team then we want to hear from youRequired

Experience in directing/leading a team of up to 15 people working on a conveyor belt.

A good level of English is required as completion of paperwork will be part of the job i.e. food traceability and QA reasons

Able to adhere to high standards of QA Practices.

Able to achieve high levels of productivity to meet client demands.

Able to work every other Saturday.

Able to be flexible with shifts
