Are you an experienced L&D professional with a background in early careersHave you experience in the design and development of talent programmes for early careers with organisationsIf so then this role could be for you...Youll lead the end-to-end early careers strategy with the design and delivery of internal early careers programmes. Youll be working with smes to help deliver exceptional programmes from onboarding through development to eventual offboarding.In this role you will lead on early-career activities for internships, apprentices and graduates within the business and design and develop the internal programmes.You will:- Work closely with key stakeholders to develop operational learning and development needs- Develop relationships with schools and colleges to promote career opportunities to school leavers and introduce them to an early careers programme- Act as a business partner to stakeholders by advising on business needs- Develop and deliver learning workshops for those in the early-career programmes- Coordinate the early career programmes- Design and develop l&d solutions to support talent management- Coach managers on effective management of those in the early careers programmesIf you are an experienced learning and development professional who is truly passionate about supporting individuals in their early careers to achieve their full potential through your learning and development programmes then apply for this role today.
