Due to our continued growth, we are pleased to be recruiting an AV Technician to be based at our office In Leigh-On-Sea.Key Responsibilities of the role include:Assisting the team with physical installationsTesting Kit and preparing for InstallsAssisting with project management and producing solutions for our clients needs.Producing AV schematics ideally using Stardraw Software - training will be given if necessaryDealing with client support callsSkills required:A proactive, methodical approach to work and a positive attitude are essential for this role. Customer service and strong client relationships are key to our success, therefore the ability to communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner,in both a face-to-face environment and on the telephone are essential.
