Job Description

Facilities AdministratorShepshed£20,000 - £30,000 DOEMonday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pmOverview:Grafton Recruitment are looking for a Facilities Administrator to work with one of the largest independent, livestock and speciality feed manufacturers in the UK, concentrating in roll, nut, pellet, and meal-form compound feeds.About the role of a Facilities Administrator:As a Facilities Administrator, you will be providing facilities support to all areas of the business coordinating and completing repairs and upgrades as well as communicating progress across to the other teams.Key Responsibilities of the Facilities Administrator:

  • Ensuring that facilities on the whole of the site, are fit for purpose
  • Painting floors, machinery and completing other facilities related tasks
  • Supporting the site cleaning team, when they identify an issue that needs resolving
  • Develop own audit process as a preventative maintenance measure
  • Escalate issues to the maintenance team where there might be an issue with a machine or other hardware, critical to the day-to-day operations of the business
  • Following instruction where there might be an unforeseen issue that need resolving
  • Keep a record of all facilities functions completed.
Key Skills/ Experiences:
  • IT Skills required - proficient in using Microsoft programs and able to use new systems with ease.
  • Previous experience working in a facilities Admin roles
  • Experience analysing, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Flexible in adapting to all areas of the role
