From leading strategic initiatives to crafting policies and generating actionableinsights, youll be at the forefront of our HR evolution.The responsibilities will range, but will include:- Steering a range of HR functions, from payroll intricacies to policy compliance.- Maintaining the efficacy of our processes and policies.- Harnessing a variety of tools and technologies to extract meaningful data and drive informed decisions.- Collaborating seamlessly with internal HR stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational goals.- Overseeing the administration of rewards, compensation, and benefits, ensuring they remain competitive and compelling.To thrive in this role, you must bring a wealth of experience from Senior HR roles, coupled with a knack for innovation and problem-solving. A deep understanding of HR best practices and payroll coupled with a proactive approach to relationship-building,is essential.
