Job Description

Are you a passionate and dynamic Drama teacher seeking a new challenge Tradewind Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Drama teacher, with a small English component, to join a thriving school in Leicestershire specifically in the picturesqueCharnwood area. The position begins on January 8th, 2024, and extends until the end of the academic year.Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and inspiring Drama lessons to students across various key stages.
  • Conduct seven lessons of English teaching to Key Stage 3 students as part of your weekly timetable.
  • Contribute to the vibrant and creative atmosphere of the drama department.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.
Requirements:
  • A PGCE FE qualification is necessary for this role.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is not essential, making this an excellent opportunity for those with relevant experience.
  • A genuine passion for drama and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the demands of the role.
