Job Title: Service Support Technician (HVAC / Refrigeration)Salary: £26,929 + vehicle, pension, 33 days holiday (includes bank holidays)Location: Covering sites in Leicestershire (East Midlands)Full Time and Permanent - Monday to Friday - 45 hours a weekMy client is a national Facilities Management company employing over 12,000 people working nationally with one of the UKs major SupermarketsThis is an outstanding opportunity for people looking to further develop their career in a multi-site environment where delivering service excellence is the over-riding objective.They are looking for a Service Support Technician to cover Retail Supermarket sites in the Leicestershire / Northamptonshire / Buckinghamshire / Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire Areas.Our client are flexible on where you are based as long as you live in one of the above regions and are fine with daily travel.Role is full time and permanent, working pattern - Monday - Friday 45 hours per week.Job Purpose:To assist in the maintenance and repair of all HVAC and Refrigeration equipment in supermarket stores. To carry out PPM tasks associated with the replacement and or cleaning of air filters, heating and cooling batteries, plenum chambers, evaporator and condensercoils condensate drains. To Support HVAC Technicians and Refrigeration Engineers during schedule site visits by inspecting and repairing minor defects on AHUs, fan coil units, dampers, fan drive belts, refrigeration cases and fabric, bump strips and kickplates, door handles and fixings. To identify and report defect requiring technical support from HVAC Technicians and Refrigeration Engineers.Principle Accountabilities:
