DMU has embarked on a new Empowering University strategy, where ITMS and digital innovation will be an enabler.RoleAs the Resource Lead you will be critical in providing effective planning for delivery of new features generated by our ITMS team and partners, within SAP and other systems. You will work closely with our University colleagues, Technical Leads and deliveryteams to ensure they are working effectively in an agile and vibrant environment.Ideal Candidate You will possess proven interpersonal and organisational skills, including the ability to be inclusive and build relationships with colleagues at all levels across the organisation.You will have proven experience in planning and monitoring delivery teams, within a challenging and dynamic culture. Whilst ITMS is embracing the fundamentals of agile delivery and planning, the role will play an important part in defining and embeddingthe resource and sprint planning.You will be creative and driven to find solutions to succeed and have the ability to understand and overcome software delivery and development challenges.
