If you are looking for your first move out of practice, your application will be just as welcome as someone looking for a move from an industry position.This company have been on extremely positive journey over the last couple of years. Moving into PLC land was one thing, however who knew the pandemic would rock our shores and that this company would actually have performed brilliantly with the share price having grown 100% in the last 2 years!Here you will work within a highly experienced team. The main cohort of the finance team have come from Big4 with the leaders within finance having a strong sector pedigree and substantial post qualified experience as you would expect. This is important as its a fast paced business and here you will get the confidence that your manager and the leaders around you will set you up for success and coach and develop you , not just in your first 3 months however throughout your time within the company.Its likely that you will have worked on Big company reporting previously. You could have worked on a handful of PLC clients in audit and be looking to make the move into your first industry position maybe from Manager, or even Assistant Manager level potentially. You may have already made the industry move and have 12-18 months under your belt and are looking to join a growing company where the brand and sector is more appealing along with the future prospects.If you have not reported / audited under IFRS, reporting under a number of other standards (FRS,USGAAP etc) will show that you will be able to get under the skin of a new reporting structure and requirements quickly.Do you want to know more about this Just hit apply and I will be in touch.
