Customer Service AdvisorMondayFriday 6:30-6pm (rotational basis)£21k + 7% BonusLocation: SystonAre you a passionate, confident Customer Service professional with a keen an eye for detailThe CompanyMy client is a global organization who dominates the construction industry who due to business growth is looking to recruit an experienced service professional to join them on a full-time permanent basis.This is a place where employees are valued and a place where opportunities for growth and development are endless.The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Customer service experience (telephony)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft officeWord, excel, outlook and power point
  • Strong English languagewritten, spoken, and reading skills
  • Something to add to a team and the ability to work well as part of one
  • Be able to work methodically and be assertive
  • Self-motivated
  • People with a natural problem-solving instinct
  • A confident and positive manner over the phone
Key duties and responsibilities:
  • Handling high volume calls
  • Managing incoming customer calls and emails and taking ownership of our customer requirements
  • Create, amend, and confirm customer orders whether on account or as a cash sale, completing all necessary customer order details accurately
  • Professionally liaising with internal and external colleagues where relevant to ensure a high level of customer service is maintained
