Job Description

Package - £23K - £25K basic plus commission - Year 1 OTE - £45KFounded in 2021, our client is rapidly growing and dominating the Tech market. Currently 10 people strong, our client are looking for ambitious Trainee Consultants to grow with the business and become future leaders! Our client offers a very relaxed, young,family feel environment, there are no KPIs! You’ll be working closely with the directors, receiving hands on training from the best!The Role:

  • As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates and matching them to relevant job opportunities.
  • Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies.
  • Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships.
  • Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
  • Using candidate databases to match the right person to the clients vacancy.
  • Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests, and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client.
  • Organising interviews as requested by clients.
