Job Description

Customer Service AdvisorOffering £23,000 - £24,000 Basic Salary Plus Benefits.Our client is a global supplier of products, services, and solutions to the retail industry. They are now recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join their Customer Support team. As a Customer Service Advisor, the successful candidate will be responsiblefor the complete journey of processing orders through to invoicing with strong attention to detail and good admin skills.Customer Service Advisor - Key Responsibilities

  • Create strong customer relationships and enhance the reputation of the business.
  • Managing and processing orders from start to finish.
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and send relevant documents to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Process orders in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain the order book to the highest standard, escalate queries when required.
  • First point of contact for all inbound calls.
  • First point of contact for consumer complaints and recording the queries.
Customer Service Advisor - Skills & Experience
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Strong Admin and Processing skills.
  • Good time management.
  • Works well independently and as part of a team.
  • Complaint handling experience desirable.
  • Prior experience working with an ERP system is desirable.
  • Customer Service experience desirable.
The Customer Service Advisor is offering £23,000 - £24,000 basic salary plus benefits, for the successful candidate. This is a full-time, permanent office-based position in Leeds, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8am - 4.30pm.All successful candidates will be contacted within 5 days of application.
