Working ona numbersites or project phases concurrently(from 20 to 300 homes), this role will have full involvement fromfeasibilitytoonsite construction.Youwillcoordinate and manage the production of the working drawings,detailsand specifications from external consultants for onward distribution and discussion with internal departments. You will be responsible for ensuringclashesondrawings and layoutsare highlighted, specifications are adhered to and build type and design arescrutinised.You may also be expected to play a lead role in the design co-ordinationand submission of detailed planning applications.For more information please download our job profile available on our website.More about youTo apply for thisrole,you musthave experience as a Design Manageror aTechnical Manageror as aDesign and Build Manager. Experience working on designs for multi-tenure (affordable rent, PRS, market sale)complex construction projectswould be advantageous.Youwill also require knowledgeof various construction methods, an expert knowledge of building regulations and standards and CDM regulations. It would also be advantageous if you have experience and knowledge of the planning process and procedures.Wehave hybrid working, so you will be able to split your time between home, various sites and the office, and we are happy for applicants to base themseleves from either our Leeds, Preston or Derby office.
