So you want to be a CTO Leading Digital Agency in Leeds seek a Technical Director to lead a department of 30+ Developers (Frontend Javascript and Backend C#), DevOps, Testers etc. Fantastic opportunity to make your mark transitioning the company to Agile practices as well as an opportunity to move ultimately to a CTO role within the company. The companies has a broad digital offering the core business of software development is developing Websites, Web based applications, E-commerce sites and they are heavy users of CMS systems - Episerver, Kentico and UmbracoSalary 70 - 90KLeeds - Likely 1-2 days in the office post covidState of the art office enviromentKey requirements- Experience in a Technical Director, Software Development Director, CTO or similar role managing multiple teams- Development and implementation experience of Web / E-commerce technolgies- Experience of evolving development teams, architecture and solutions strategy- Experience of following and Agile Methodology.
