Job Title: Senior/Principal Engineering GeologistLocation: Leeds or Manchester Are you a skilled and experienced Engineering Geologist looking for a challenging new opportunity We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior/Principal Engineering Geologist. If you are passionate about geologyand have a strong background in geotechnical engineering, then this role may be perfect for you!Responsibilities:* Conduct geotechnical assessments at various stages, from desk top review to interpretation* Perform slope stability assessments and provide foundation recommendations* Conduct settlement assessments* Supervise ground investigations* Ideally, also contribute to contaminated land assessments* Write clear, concise, and technically robust reports* Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skillsDesired Skills:* Hold a degree and/or masters degree in geology, engineering geology, or geotechnical engineering* Substantial experience in geotechnical assessment* Previous experience in slope stability assessment, foundation recommendations, and settlement assessment* Supervisory experience in ground investigations* Ideally, experience in contaminated land assessment* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Fully IT literate, including proficiency in writing technically robust reports
