Senior PHP Developer / Team Lead £50,000 - £55,000+ benefits + bonus West YorkshireInteraction Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a growing software business in the West Yorkshire area. As part of their continued success, my client requires an experienced Team Lead / Senior Developer to lead a small team of senior developers. The roleBased in their modern offices and within a close train commute from Leeds city centre, you will be providing programming and web services for a business to business client base. You will be responsible for hands on design, development, code reviews and maintenance of one of my clients bespoke systems. You will also be involved with redeveloping the architecture and systems to bring these back up to date. Key responsibilities· You will hold at least 2 years as a lead developer and/or 5 years commercial experience as a senior developer with excellent technical presentation and system testing skills · You will be passionate about programming and web development, keeping up to date with changes in technology, with a technical background in PHP, JavaScript and Laravel with an ability to code to PSR-12 standards · You will have strong MySQL knowledge and experience of working with large datasets · You will be experienced with VueJS or Svelte, ideally · You will be responsible for conducting code reviews and recommend improvements · Some knowledge of cloud technologies, ideally AWS In return, my client offers a fantastic opportunity to further develop new skills, a friendly working environment, casual dress code, competitive salary, excellent company benefits and rapid career progression.
