Job Description

Recruitment Sales Trainer and Performance Coach - Leeds - Up to £55k basic plus an unrivalled package including unlimited holidays and flexible working If you have 3 years + recruitment consultancy experience and looking for a new challenge - this one is for you! An award-winning executive recruitment consultancy based in Leeds is looking for a forward-thinking performance coach to support.If you are a recruitment consultant/recruitment manager with a desire to move into L + D / Digital Learning - this is for you.The role

  • Your role will include the onboarding process of new consultants into the business
  • The development of top performing cultures into leaders
  • You will be involved in the design and creation of training materials for the recruitment process and training scheme including "bitesize learning" and module-based content.
  • Developing relationships with the consultants to understand the training needs and being able to deliver feedback and ongoing coaching.
  • Coaching and proactive approach to learning within the workplace.
  • Delivering inductions for the new starters within the business
  • Developing a catalogue of training materials

  • Salary up to £55k (DOE)

The person
  • Due to the nature of the role - 3 years + experience will be required to be able to deliver anecdotal learning - this ideally will be in an executive recruitment consultancy environment.
  • Experience in sales coaching/mentoring/managing in a recruitment consultancy (this will support your won ability to be able to deliver training.
  • Passionate about the development and coaching of teams
