Salary:Competitive Salary + BonusJoin a Top Employer 2022..We have an exciting opportunity to join Wolseley as a Sales Office Manager for our branch in Leeds at the Regional Sales Office, where you will lead and manage a team of 3 but with the scope for the team to grow. You will build a driven and engaged teamwho are focused on meeting individual and branch based targets, maintain a safe working environment and communicate daily with the team.In addition to this, you will be building strong relationships with our customers, suppliers (both internally and externally), and the field sales force will be key to achieving success in this role.This role is working Monday to Friday!Up for the challenge Heres what wed like you to have:

  • Experience working in a sales environment managing accounts
  • A people manager with an encouraging and coaching management style
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with excellent negotiation skills
  • Experience working with stakeholders at all levels; ability to engage/communicate effectively with them
  • Analytical and proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
