Job Description

I am working on a rare opportunity to become Registered Manager of a brand-new Domiciliary Care service in Leeds. This company is looking for an experienced and business minded individual to spearhead the growth of their Domiciliary Care service in Leedsand the surrounding towns. This company is an excellent employer and there are progression opportunities on offer for the right candidate!What’s on offer:

  • £39,000-£45,000.
  • 33 days annual leave (25 + bank holidays).
  • Performance related salary increase.
  • Support from an excellent Regional Manager.
Registered Manager Responsibilities:
  • To have overall responsibility for the operational and care delivery functions of the service, reporting to the Director.
  • To continually work on growing the business in the local community.
  • To lead on marketing the service.
  • To build and maintain relationships with the service users and their family members.
  • To manage service users’ care packages and to be responsible for ensuring high standards for their ongoing care.
  • To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC’s Essential Standards.
Registered Manager Requirements:
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in Home Care.
  • Must have achieved a minimum of a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
  • Must have a UK Driving Licence.
