Do you want to lead a team supporting them on their journey through recovery and towards self-confidence and independenceOur client is the largest womens charitable organisation in Leeds and provides services for victims of domestic violence and abuse, honour-based violence, forced marriage, trafficking, stalking and harassment and is the lead agency for two consortia..They are looking for a Team Leader* to lead a team of workers at refuge to ensure that high quality support is provided to the families in their safe accommodation.You will need: Experience of supervising/leading workers to provide excellent support to vulnerable people and children Experience of working in supported accommodation To have a good understanding of violence against women and domestic, sexual and honour- based violence and abuse, stalking and forced marriage and the impact on individualsThe closing date is 9.00 am on Monday 10th October 2022;They are fully committed to the principles of equality of opportunity and applications are welcome from all sections of the community.
