Job Description

A brilliant opportunity has arisen with a leading service provider and FTSE 250 business for a Recruitment Team Leader. As a result of successfully tendering for a large scale contract, they are looking to grow their Talent Team significantly.This role would suit an experienced recruiter with supervisory experience from either an agency, RPO or internal recruitment team. This is a home-based role and open to applicants across the UK.DescriptionResponsibilities of the role will include the following:

  • Oversee a team of recruiters to ensure they are hitting targets;
  • Monitor the teams candidate pipeline, ensuring sufficient volumes are being progressed in a timely manner;
  • Suggest solutions to any risks of insufficient candidate pipeline;
  • Ensure full utilisation of all attraction solutions to maximise candidate pipeline including proactive candidate sourcing;
  • Ensure the recruiters within your team are performing against set KPIs;
  • Conduct 1:1s and manage the performance of the individual recruitersin your team;
  • Review and manage workload across the team;
  • Manage a small workload of vacancies if required;
  • Promote and manage a positive candidate experience;
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across the business;
  • Contribute to the development of talent related projects within the wider recruitment team;
  • Manage an ATS system to ensure efficient recruitment and onboarding processes.
    • ProfileCandidates wishing to apply to this role should have:
  • End-to-end recruitment experience;
  • Supervisory experience in a recruitment or resourcing setting;
  • Knowledge of proactive candidate sourcing methods;
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
  • The ability to lead a team to meet deadlines, in a fast-paced environment.
    • Job OfferWe have a number of roles available offering between £28,000 and £32,000.Working hours are 8:30-17:00, Mon-Fri + home-based role + full equipment provided + 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays + employee pension scheme + life assurance + professional development + employee benefit scheme.
