We are looking to hire a Recruitment & Talent Development Coordinator to resource a wide variety of roles for the business, as well as managing talent development for the existing workforce.This would be an ideal opportunity for a recruiter looking to broaden their wider HR experience.DescriptionWorking closely with the People (HR) Operations Manager, as well as the Talent Development Managers, you will be tasked with end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates, booking interviews, and delivering offers, as well as coordinating the professional development of employees at the business through training and professional courses.ProfileCandidates wishing to apply to the role should have:

  • Recent recruitment experience, either agency, RPO or internal
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A great level of computer literacy
  • Experience managing multiple work loads
