Recruitment Resourcer - EducationLeedsAre you looking to take a step into Recruitment Do you have experience working in a customer focussed environment Are you looking for the opportunity to progress in your next roleTeacherActive Leeds is expanding, and exciting new opportunities have become available for aRecruitment Resourcerto join our team of passionate recruitment professionals! Recruitment experience is not required. Were looking for people who are confident,great communicators and have a lot of ambition. Youll need to show resilience and be a team player.Responsibilities

  • Posting adverts to generate good responses
  • Learn about the schools your consultant is working with, to assess what types of teachers they look for
  • Screening applicants on the phone
  • Interviewing and registering candidates
  • Selling to your candidates
  • You will assist in filling vacancies

Salary Expectations£21,000 plusCommission and a extra £500 upon passing probation periodWorking hours:
  • In term time, Monday 7.30-5.30pm, Tuesday-Thursday 7.30-5pm, Friday 7.30-4.30pm.
  • In school holidays, Reduced hours - 8.30-3.30pm approx
  • Office Based Full Time
