Fast-track projects spanning pubs, restaurants, retail, commercial, and the industrial projects being design and build.This role offers a unique chance to manage commercial aspects while working on diverse projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead tendering and commercial processes for a range of fast-track fit-out and design and build projects.Prepare and maintain monthly cost/valuation reports and cash flow management for designated projects.Collaborate closely with contracts managers, specialists, clients, and project teams to ensure project success.Manage specialist sub-contractors, estimating functions, and valuations.Efficiently handle pricing of variations, interim valuations, and sub-contractor accounts.Recruit and develop a dedicated commercial team.Anticipate and resolve problems while ensuring early intervention and escalation when necessary.Apply strong commercial negotiation skills and lead a team to achieve multiple objectives.Showcase effective teamwork and leadership abilities.Demonstrate expert knowledge within the construction industry, client/stakeholder management, project financial control, reporting, data management, change management, and contract procedures.Qualifications and Experience:Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management.Proven experience in a similar commercial management role, ideally within the fast-track fit-out sector.Proficiency in contract drafting and negotiation.Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.Adept at quantification and costing of project works.Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
