Property Manager Salary - £22,000 - DOE Monday - Friday - Leeds City Centre Minimum of 1 years Property Management or Lettings Administration experience is essential An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a growing Lettings business in Leeds City Centre. The purpose of the Property Manager is to manage the daily operations of the assigned properties within their portfolio. Liaising with contractors to ensure the property management of the property with regular communication with both the landlord and the tenant.Handling the departure of tenants to end tenancies and arrange for any works required to be completed ahead of new tenancies commencing.Property Manager duties*Deal with all tenancy administration and maintenance matters*Ensure tenancy records are up to date with the correct information*Arrange and administer transfer of utilities to the landlord at the end of the tenancy*All required certificates in date and uploadResponsibilities*Obtain landlords authority to proceed with works, ensuring funds are in place instructing contractors where necessary*Liaise with block mangers to resolve any block specific issues*Receive and process tenant notices ensuring the landlord is aware and kept informed throughout*Ensure that check outs are received within an acceptable timeframe*Prepare evidence for any claims that are required with tenants depositsCore Competencies*Strong effective communicator*Highly independent with a flexible attitude and willingness to commit the time required to get the job done.*Excellent Interpersonal skills both verbally and in writing*Excellent attention to detail*Demonstrate an understanding of the priorities with the minimum of guidance and be proactive*Effective time management, prioritisation & delegation skillsCLD Recruitment (Leeds) Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
