• Experience with User-Centred Delivery or User-Focused projects.
• A deep understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
• To actively co-operate withtechnical teams and guide stakeholders to develop and agree on a product vision and roadmap to deliver the clients strategic outcomes.
• Experience translating product roadmaps into backlogs to prioritise delivery of the best value outcomes.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• To empathise with and balance the needs of senior stakeholders and demonstrate problem solving skills around/witihn difficult stakeholder situations.
