Do you want to progress to a role where you can share your expert knowledge to help ensure the best quality services for victims-survivorsof domestic violence and abuse (DV&A) can be provided across organisations in LeedsOur client is the largest womens charitable organisation in Leeds and provides services for victims of domestic violence and abuse, honour-based violence, forced marriage, trafficking, stalking and harassment and is the lead agency for two consortiums.They are looking for a Practitioner Quality Co-ordinator* to provide to support to DV&A practitioners across a number of supported housing services. The successful candidate will be expected to have a high level of knowledge with a commitment to keepingup to date with best practice and changes in law and policy.You will work collaboratively and inclusively with their 8 partner organisations.You will need: Experience of providing high quality casework supervision for practitioners supporting victims-survivorsof domestic violence and abuse Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills and a commitment to diversity and inclusion A proactive approach, the ability to act on your own initiative, organise a varied workload and achievedeadlines.The closing date is 9.00 am on Monday 10th October 2022They are fully committed to the principles of equality of opportunity and applications are welcome fromall sections of the community.
