Job Description

Job Title: PlastererLocation: LeedsPay/Day rate/Salary: £180-200 per dayHours of Work: 8 hours per dayType: TemporaryStart Date: ImmediatelyWe are hiring Plasterers for a short term project based in Leeds city centre.Duties of a PlastererIn this role you will be responsible for:

    • Working quickly to mix and apply different kinds of plaster to internal walls and ceilings
    • Carrying out solid plastering and applying wet finishes
    • Dry lining,i.e. fixing internal plasterboard orwallboardpartitions
    • Putting protective coverings on external walls such aspebbledash, sand or cement render
    • Calculating how much plaster/render you need for the job in hand
Skills and experience of a PlastererAs a Plasterer, you need have experience with;
  • Working at heights
  • Working on large sites
  • Working in schools, council buildings or commercial buildings
It would be beneficial to the Plasterer role if you also had;
  • CSCSCard
  • NVQLevel 2
  • Plasma
