Job Description

A paralegal role in a leading defendant law firm specialising in Personal Injury within the Public Sector.Client DetailsMy client is a leading defendant law firm that provides innovative, high quality, specialist legal services to insurance companies, corporates, and public sector bodies. They offer clients the full breadth of claims-related legal work, from high volume claimshandling through to complex, high value litigation. The firm has over 800 employees and is headquartered in Leeds, with eight additional offices across the UK, in London, Manchester, Evesham, Liverpool, Halifax, Edinburgh, Chelmsford and Taunton.Description

  • Demonstrate a genuine interest in handling casualty and/or motor claims
  • Be responsible for a caseload of claims, making use of the firms Case Management Systems and using the agreed internal procedures and practices
  • Exhibit good organisational skills to ensure that the tasks are effectively scheduled within working time available and that urgent work is completed and returned within the specified timescales
