Job Description

WHO ARE WEThe UKs most popular Makeover & Photography Studio who inspire and empower over 10,000 happy customers every year providing a Luxury Photography and Makeover Experience in our three city centre studio locations; Leeds, Manchester and Middlesbrough.Flawless Makeover & Photography Studios has been empowering women of all ages for over 17 years. We are expanding our Outbound Sales Department by appointing outbound Telemarketers in our Leeds Head Office.Rewards and Benefits

  • 12noon - 8pm Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Conduct outbound sales calls for prospecting, qualifying and generating sales and new leads to support the three luxury city centre photography studios.
  • Manage your own generated leads to enhance sales in this fast paced environment
  • Be confident in making outbound calls to a diverse range of clients
  • Develop and identify new business prospects from multiple sources, including marketing leads, studio referrals and prospect lists.
  • Actively manage leads portfolio and liaise with your team leader and colleagues to assist in closure of sales.
  • Overcome objections and make connections with your customers
  • Have enthusiasm for customers and matching them to the right services we offer.
  • Desk based in Leeds City Centre
  • Continuous ongoing training
Requirements
  • Self driven with a zest for sales, smashing targets and team work.
  • We love to have people who show resilience, determination to succeed and ensure that our goals are achieved together.
  • Outbound Telesales Sales experience is preferred and full training is given on our brand and services
  • You must be highly motivated, a self-starter and are passionate talking about makeovers, photography and styling.
  • A friendly professional approach to your work ethic and an organised strategy to all tasks undertaken
