All of this is reflected in their award-winning projects andexcellent portfolio of clients.CANDIDATE BRIEFThe ideal candidate will be responsible for the management and development of their team, offering support and encouraging growth and development, whilst ensuring consistency of processes across the teams.In your role you will

Be an inspiring and confident leader.
Empower the team to encourage their continuing growth.
Conduct team meetings and regular 1-2-1s.
Create and ensure the maintenance of each team members progression development plan.
Maintain staffing levels and assist with recruitment.
Monitor and assess the training needs within the team, analysing the results of this and develop and deliver appropriate training programmes.
Assist with the onboarding process of new starters.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

Experience as an operations manager or within a role with similar transferable skills.
Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills with the determination to succeed.
Evidential experience of excellent management and team leadership skills.
An eye for detail with the ability to follow and improve processes and procedures.
IT proficiency and a strong knowledge of Excel.
