Job Description

Office 365 Technical Specialist- Leeds based, paying up to £50,000Office 365 Technical Specialist- Leeds based, paying up to £50,000Are you an experienced Office365 Technical Specialist that is passionate about making a differenceWe are looking to hire for a professional service provider, to work within a modern workplace team. They are a rapidly growing company looking for an Office 365 technical specialist to assist with the migration to the Microsoft 365 platform. Alongside this you will be responsible for the Microsoft 365 administration, training and maintenance and supporting the technical support teams in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.You will be responsible for:

  • The operational health, administration, support and configuration of the Microsoft 365 environment on an enterprise level for new and existing users.
  • Maintenance of SharePoint sites
  • Troubleshooting support for Microsoft 365
  • Working alongside the IT team
  • Conducting routine monitoring and analysis alongside technology roadmaps and dashboard reports around consumption and usage for management.
  • Providing training and education on the O365 capabilities and collaboration tools.
    • They require:
  • Deep knowledge of O365
  • Experience with at least 2 of: Exchange, Sharepoint, OneDrive for Business, Teams.
  • Experience supporting and migrating Microsoft 365 for an enterprise
  • 2+ years’ experience implementing and/or using Microsoft 365 and collaboration technologies.
  • Experience with Powershell
  • Experience proving technical support
  • Preferred experience administrating, managing and supporting OneDrive, OneNote, Yammer, inTune, Exchange, Azure Active Directory.
