Fantastic opportunity available due to expansion for an experienced HR / Employment Law Consultant to join a leading Legal firm based in Leeds city centre, West Yorkshire. This role is based at their Leeds office and offers hybrid / home working 2 days perweek plusexcellent additional Benefits including support with career and study support towards qualifications.The role would suit a HR Professional with experience in Employment law and who has a passion for employee relations including advising employers direct on day-to-day HR including disciplinary and grievance cases, performance management and sickness absencemanagement/Employment law issues of employee engagement. The role is supporting the partner and head of employment law. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified and have a sound knowledge of employment law. The Employment law team is part of the wider corporateteam, so the role involves assisting on corporate transactions in relation to employee issues on the transfer of businesses.The successful candidate will be a good and effective communicator; able to play a supportive part of the team both across departments in the office, and across all offices; be willing to participate in business development initiatives; be willing to learnto be an effective creator and taker of business development opportunities; participate in business development including use of social media.This role is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week ideally 9am-5:30pm which offers salary up to circa £40k possibly more DOE plus hybrid / home working, 23 days holiday + BH + Birthday off, well-being hours, perk box, Pension scheme, Healthscheme and many more!
