Job Description

Page Personnel are partnering with an exciting PE backed client based in Leeds who are seeking a HR Advisor to join their HR function. This is a newly created position, in which the successful candidate will be supporting the wider HR team in generalist tasks including E.R support, project management, recruitment campaigns and administrative tasks. The HR Advisor role is a new position which sits within a close-knit HR function and with the family feel within the organisation, the value you add on a day-to-day basis will be clearly visible.DescriptionIn this fast-paced and varied HR Advisor position, roles and responsibilities will include;

  • Coaching people managers to provide development interventions to build a positive employee relations environment
  • Providing first line response to stakeholders on all levels on all HR matters
  • Recruitment - assisting the wider HR team with end-to-end management of roles and projects as required
  • Carrying out new joiner processes and exit interviews for staff up to Senior Management level
  • Supporting and managing on a variety of HR projects as relayed by HR Management
  • ProfileWere looking for someone with;
  • Proven experience operating at HR Advisor or Senior HR Assistant
  • Demonstrable ER knowledge, confident in managing ER cases from start to finish is preferred
  • CIPD qualification preferably
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train and coach employees on all aspects of people management
