Job Description

HR Administrator Leeds, West Yorkshire£22,000 per annum Working 30hrs per weekPermanent Office based roleBased near Leeds Train StationThe company are able to offer some flexibility on working hours and are happy to consider different variations, for example 9am to 3pm, 9.30am to 3.30pm or 10am to 4pm.Hawk 3 Talent Solutions currently have an exciting opportunity for aHR Administratorto join a friendly Team in modern offices in Leeds city centre.This is a fantastic role for a motivated and highly organised individual with strong HR administration skills who enjoys being proactive and managing their own workload.The RoleAs an HR Administrator you will provide excellent administration support across the HR department, including the full employee lifecycle, recruitment, benefits, colleague engagement, and learning and development functions.Duties

  • Providing administrative support throughout the recruitment process by tracking the completion of all new starter actions, including Right to Work documentation, DBS checks, car park passes and setting up access to relevant systems
  • Managing the HR Inbox, including responding to employee queries and providing employment and mortgage references
  • Managing the Absence Reporting process and producing daily absence report
  • Uploading documents onto the HR system, for example sick notes and letters
  • Making regular checks to ensure that Line Managers have completed Return to Work documentation, sending reminders where necessary
  • Raising case log records from system notifications
  • Drafting all basic ER letters, including pension enrolment and leavers letters
  • Running control reports to ensure that all employee lifecycle events have been processed
Skills and experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of administration experience, and at least 1 year of experience of working within an HR department, HR supporting role or an outsourced HR function, more recently.
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to manage and prioritise own workload
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
