Job Description

Our client is a superb business in Leeds, ever evolving in terms of their strategic growth. As a result of continued success, they are looking to recruit 3 Graduate Account Managers to work within 3 key areas of their business - Sports, Education & Corporate business. This is a Creative Agency type environment, who work with a range of clients across a range of sectors.For the Sports Account Manager role, we are looking for Candidates who love communicating and building on key relationships with Football and other sports clubs and have a natural affinity and passion for sport, football and rugby in addition to other sports areas,. For all of the roles, we are looking for Candidates who have had exposure to working within an Account Management, Sales, Business Development or similar role, where you have worked extensively with clients, developing relationships and providing full support. Ideally you will be a Graduate with strong work experience gained post graduation, or you will have the equivalent work experiernce, within account management and be ready to commit to a superb career.What we are looking for:

  • A commercially astute and naturally inquisitive Candidate, who will listen to and understand clients initial brief, acting as product experts to guide and advise clients
  • A superb and natural relationship builder
  • A keen interest in Sports, possibly gained from your studies or outside of work and a strong understanding of working business to business
  • Excellent levels of attention to detail, able to spot any anomalies or errors
  • Focused on going above and beyond client expectations with the service levels that you provide
  • A true team player, supportive and able to collaborate with team members
    • What you will be involved with:
  • Account managing a key client base, offering support throughout their full project cycle, being a key point of contact, keeping clients fully updated throughout the process
  • You will support and create a sales strategy for your key clients, upselling and naturally developing the relationship to maximise client spend.
  • Identifying opportunities to grow your accounts and look at other areas of business
  • You will work to clients budgets, provide quotes, liaise with Artwork teams internally, propose a brief to clients with the aim of gaining approval and will then manage the full critical path, through to a successful outcome.
  • You will attend meetings with your clients to follow up on projects and campaigns and discuss future business
  • Working closely with the Marketing team internally to convert inbound leads into customers
