Job Description

Formnwork Sales EngineerAn exciting position has become available for a full time Formwork Sales Engineer to join a friendly team based in the North East. The successful candidate will represent the Company and its products in a professional manner and will maintain profit levels and sales strategies outlined by the CompanyRole Requirements

  • Must have worked in the building and/or civil engineering industry preferably in a Formwork related role
  • Must be adverse and experienced in business development and creating new opportunities/clients
  • Knowledge of formwork industry and its role in the construction of in-situ concrete structures
  • Understand and demonstrate the technical aspects of the quality of product and how this differentiates us from our competitors
  • Be able to communicate and negotiate and all levels
  • Have the confidence and ability to deliver technical presentations to a wide range of clients.
  • Good report writing skills and the ability to self-check and to produce high quality and accurate work
  • Has strong emotional intelligence and able to apply this effectively to build strong networks.
  • A strong academic background
  • Some years professional work experience in sales, specifically in management or planning
  • Contracting experience
  • Motivated to deliver output of high quality and to a given timescale or programme
