Job Description

Finance Business Partner - FMCGLocation: LeedsSalary: £65,000 + Fantastic Bonus & Benefits - Flex Working Elevation Senior Finance is currently looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner on behalf of an Innovative fast paced FMCG business in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of deciding the company’s direction by providing key commercial and decision support to the business, and offers regular opportunities for board-level presentation and communication with the Executive Directorsand senior management team. This will be a varied and fast-paced job role that will require you to manage a busy workload and prioritise to ensure deadlines are met. Job Highlights:

  • Key business partner for the sales and marketing teams
  • Provide reporting to support understanding of business performance and make recommendations for driving margin improvement and investment decisions, profitability, customer deductions, price corridor and marketing spend
  • Involvement in the budget pack and business review submissions for both Sales & Marketing Preparation of the sales and marketing forecast
  • Trade Spend management and control - Contribute to the development of systems, processes and reporting to drive forward the team’s support to both Sales, Marketing and Operations
  • Leading on promotional reporting and evaluation, providing insight on promotional performance, target delivery, and margins
Elevation Accountancy & Finance would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
  • CIMA, ACCA OR ACA Qualified
  • Recent relevant experience ideally in FMCG or Retail
  • Stakeholder management and influencing
  • Commercial and operational decision support
  • Strong IT skills, including advanced Excel
