Job Description

Cobalt is seeking an Estate Manager for a unique commercial development with a rich history, for a well-established player of the UK property industry. This multi-let office is a listed building that has undergone significant investment and upgrades in orderto transform it into a high-class modern working environment for the tenants who call it home.Our client has a strong track record in managing high-end properties and in developing its FM staff throughout the business, making this an interesting and unique role for the present in addition to a great investment opportunity for your long term progression.Key responsibilities will include:

  • Building lasting relationships with tenants, delivering a modern FM experience for your customers;
  • Conducting regular site inspections and walk-throughs;
  • Managing contractors for M&E, Security, Cleaning, Front of House, and other total FM services;
  • Managing the service charge budget;
  • Ensuring the effecting maintenance of the development, including planned and reactive maintenance of building plant and fabric;
  • Ensuring full compliance with UK health and safety legislation.
This listed building is full of character and requires a similarly engaging, enthusiastic Estate Manager to lead the day-to-day operational management of the property.
