Customer Service AdvisorSeacroft -LS14Permanent 23k per annum We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work with our client in Seacroft. Our client is the worlds largest manufacturer of commercial and emergency vehicle warning and safety products. They are the worlds largest manufacturer of back-up alarms and amber warning lights and they are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team. Reporting into the Customer Service Team Leader, you will provide exceptional customer service, revelling in your quest to resolve issues and satisfy the needs of the internal and external customer.Main Duties / Responsibilities:You will have full responsibility for management of the International Orders Inbox which will involve: Processing all orders received within 24 hours. Interpreting customer requirements accurately. Checking orders raised against requirements to ensure all details have been captured. Resolving issues and overcoming hurdles along the way. Managing customer expectations if and when delivery dates cannot be achieved. Liaising with colleagues in different departments, aligning where needed. Ensuring delivery details are clear & correctly recorded in Sales Logix.Essential requirements: Excellent communication skills covering a wide range of methods including email and telephone. The ability to build great relationships with internal and external customers. Exceptional data input skills. The ability to understand and interpret customer requirements, questioning when not clear. Competent user of MS Office specifically Word and Excel. The ability to think creatively and propose innovative ideas for improvements. Resilience with a positive, can-do attitude. Ability to work well within a team and independently.Desirable: Experience working within a manufacturing environment. Technical knowledge within the Automotive industry.
