Job Description

CRM Managerc55kHybrid working modelAn entrepreneurial growing consumer brand are looking for a CRM Manager to join their team of dynamic marketers. This is a fantastic new role that has come about purely down to growth as the business continue to expand! This is a truly fantastic role forsomeone with a strong CRM background to take full ownership of a channel and be apart of an organisation with upwards trajectory.As the CRM Manager you will have an incredibly strong background in driving acquisition, increasing conversion, stimulating loyalty and improving retention. You will also have management responsibility within this role so having previous experience managingwould definitely be advantageous.Main Responsibilities :

  • Own campaign development, setup, QA and reporting across the customer lifecycle; including transactional, acquisition, onboarding, offer promotion and reacquisition campaigns
  • Work with development and business intelligence teams to advance the view of the customers, manage customer data to inform and automate more successful customer interactions
  • Identify trends and develop new insights in customer communications, recommend/execute responses to optimize campaign performance, customer value and retention
Ideal Candidate :
  • You will have 5+ years experience in a similar role
  • Extensive experience of customer journey development using test & learn strategies
  • Strong analytical skills as being able to report is a must
  • You will have experience across multiple email platforms and CRM platforms
  • Must be highly experienced in segmenting / data manipulation
  • Extensive experience of CRM strategy and campaign management
  • A good understanding of Google Analytics and experience in using design programs - Illustrate, Photoshop, dreamweaver
