Job Description

The Business Intelligence Lead will play a crucial role in the Analytics Department of a prominent public sector organisation.   • Lead and manage the delivery of business intelligence and analytics services.
  • Develop and maintain robust data management systems and processes.
  • Drive the use of data and insights in decision-making across the organisation.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure data compliance and security measures are in place and adhered to.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the organisations data strategy.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to the business intelligence team.
  • Keep abreast of latest developments in the field of business intelligence and analytics.
ProfileA successful Business Intelligence Lead should have:
  • A degree in a relevant discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Data Science.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the public sector.
  • Expert knowledge of data management systems and processes.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Job Offer
